Spring~

Spring was found as a small puppy on the median of a busy road in Northern Ohio by a good Samaritan who turned her over to a local vet's office when the owner refused to accept her back.     Adopted  by a family who loved her but were challenged by her destructive puppy behavior, Spring was surrendered to AHRCO.  Spring is an afghan/Borzoi mix and after a brief flirtation with the secretary of the National Borzoi Rescue Foundation Spring has found her forever home with Lonnie and Jim in Northern Ohio.

Jazz~

Purchased in a Cincinnati pet store, Jazz was a challenged his first family when he refused to be confined within an invisible fence.  After his most recent trip to the shelter, the owner sold Jazz to a young family with cats.  After 2 weeks of cat chasing antics, Jazz just had to go.  Sadly, when the young family attempted to contract the man they purchased him from, their calls went unanswered and messages were not returned.   Desperate to save the life of their cat, they contacted rescue.   A few days later, Jazz arrived in Columbus and after a brief stay in foster care, and a trip to the vet, Jazz is enjoying life in Westerville, Ohio with Kevin and Samatha.
